We are seeking a talented Offshore Graphic Designer to support our team on an ad hoc basis, creating high-quality design assets that align with our brand.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Template Creation for Meta Ads and other types of required design work:

Design high-quality templates in Canva for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing materials.
Ensure all designs align with Studio Republic’s brand guidelines, maintaining a professional and cohesive look.
Marketing Asset Development:

Create engaging visual content for digital ads, social media posts, and promotional materials.
Develop creative assets for both online and print materials as needed.
Collaboration & Revisions:

Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and make necessary design revisions.
Be responsive to feedback and able to deliver within agreed deadlines.
Requirements
Experience & Skills:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing Canva-based designs.
Ability to create visually appealing templates that can be easily adapted by the team.
Understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
Experience designing assets for social media, digital marketing, and branding.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality designs on time.
Technical Proficiency:

Expert-level proficiency in Canva (mandatory).
Familiarity with other design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
Personal Qualities:

Detail-oriented with a passion for creating stunning, effective visuals.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
Adaptable and responsive to feedback.
