Role & Responsibilities
-Growth & Engagement
-Drive aggressive follower growth and increase engagement metrics across all content.
-Post high-impact tweets, viral threads, and community-driven discussions that generate 5K+ impressions per post.
-Actively engage in Upgrade to see actual info Twitter—reply, interact, and build relationships with traders, investors, and Web3 leaders.
-Develop strong connections with influencers and KOLs to expand reach and credibility.

Content Strategy & Execution
-Craft market-moving tweets and thought-leadership threads that lead the conversation in crypto.
-Stay ahead of the curve—create narratives rather than follow them.
-Utilize Upgrade to see actual infos, polls, and interactive content to drive organic virality.
-Work alongside leadership, developers, and community teams to deliver timely, strategic announcements.


Twitter Spaces & Community Engagement
-Host engaging Twitter Spaces featuring top Upgrade to see actual info builders, traders, and thought leaders.
-Moderate discussions, increase audience participation and establish the brand as a key voice in crypto.
-Monitor mentions, engage in real-time conversations, and handle brand sentiment effectively.
-Run Twitter giveaways, airdrops, and contests to drive follower growth and engagement.

Data-Driven Strategy & Market Analysis
-Analyze engagement data to refine content strategy and maximize reach.
-Conduct A/B testing on tweet styles, posting schedules, and engagement tactics.
-Track on-chain data, market trends, and community sentiment to create highly relevant content.
-Benchmark against competitor accounts to implement best growth practices.

Who We’re Looking For
