We are currently seeking a skilled and results-driven Ad/Media Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team.
The Role in Action:
As a Meta Ad Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital and traditional media buying campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will leverage data-driven insights to develop strategic media plans that align with our business objectives and maximize return on investment (ROI). We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about digital marketing and advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads,
2. Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to identify the best media buying strategies.
3. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of ad spend to maximize performance and ROI.
4. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools such as Google Analytics,
5. Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions.
6. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in media buying, digital marketing, and e-commerce advertising.
7. Test and iterate on ad creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding models to optimize campaign performance.
8. Negotiate and manage relationships with media vendors, influencers, and ad networks to ensure cost-effective placements.
9. Ensure all campaigns comply with advertising policies and brand guidelines.
What You Bring to the Team:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
2. 1+ year of experience in digital media buying, preferably in an e-commerce or performance marketing environment.
3. Hands-on experience with Google Ads,
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for performance.
5. Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and performance tracking.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
8. Knowledge of SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and retargeting strategies is a plus.
9. Deep understanding of ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CPA (Cost per Acquisition) metrics, with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns based on these KPIs.
