**Role Overview:**
We're searching for an innovative and detail-oriented Creative Notion Designer to join our team and create exceptional Notion workspaces and templates. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to craft visually stunning, user-friendly digital environments that improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance brand storytelling.

**Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop creative, visually engaging Notion workspaces and templates tailored to diverse client needs.
- Collaborate with our strategy team to translate operational requirements into effective, user-centric Notion solutions.
- Optimise user experience by structuring intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing digital workspaces.
- Create systems within Notion to automate workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance collaboration.
- Provide documentation and training materials to assist clients in effectively using their custom-designed Notion workspaces.
- Respond to feedback, iterating designs to meet high standards and exceed client expectations.

**Qualifications & Skills:**
- Proven experience designing and implementing creative Notion templates and workspaces.
- Strong visual design skills, demonstrating attention to detail, layout, typography, and colour theory.
- Proficiency in Notion’s advanced features, including databases, formulas, templates, and integrations.
- Exceptional understanding of UX/UI design principles within digital productivity tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and adapt to feedback efficiently.

**Preferred:**
- Previous experience in branding, marketing, or design agencies.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier to integrate Notion with external applications.
- Portfolio showcasing innovative, functional, and visually striking Notion designs.
