Job Overview
Connections for Women (CFW) is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Web App Developer to rebuild our existing shelter management application. We have a fully functional proof of concept hosted on a paid platform and are now looking to develop our own version on a dedicated web server. This project will allow for broader use and licensing to other homeless service providers, improving shelter operations and service tracking across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
Rebuild the existing shelter management app from the ground up, using modern web technologies.
Develop a scalable and secure web-based solution that can be self-hosted or deployed for licensing.
Implement custom form creation, workflow automation, service tracking, and reporting tools based on our existing functionality.
Ensure multi-location inventory tracking, client record management, and compliance with county-approved templates.
Develop a user-friendly admin panel for easy configuration and management by shelter staff.
Set up the necessary backend infrastructure, database, and API integrations.
Assist in migrating data from the current platform to the new system.
Provide documentation and basic training for internal teams.

Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in full-stack web development (Frontend & Backend).
Proficiency in React, Vue, or Angular for frontend development.
Strong backend skills with Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or PHP (Laravel).
Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB).
Knowledge of server deployment, hosting, and security best practices.
Experience in building SaaS or enterprise applications is a plus.
