We are currently seeking an IT Specialist who has experience working with different insurance Agency Management Systems (AMS) and management software focus on productivity and quality reports for virtual assistants. Position Overview: As the IT Specialist at our insurance staffing agency, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our technological systems run smoothly, with a particular emphasis on optimizing the performance of our virtual assistants. You will be responsible for managing various insurance AMS platforms, utilizing management software to generate accurate production reports, and troubleshooting any technical issues that arise. Your role will be integral in supporting the day-to-day operations of the agency while contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our virtual assistant teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple insurance Agency Management Systems (AMS) and related management software to ensure smooth operations.
Develop, implement, and maintain production reports for virtual assistants, tracking performance, task completion, and key metrics.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within AMS or management software, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow.
Support virtual assistants by providing IT assistance, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions that improve efficiency.
Work closely with leadership to optimize workflows and improve reporting accuracy for virtual assistant performance.
Train and onboard internal staff on the effective use of AMS and management software.
Collaborate with the team to implement new software solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
Ensure the integrity, security, and backup of all agency data within the systems.
Monitor system performance and offer proactive solutions to ensure business continuity and reduce downtime.
Help define best practices for virtual assistant task management, reporting, and overall IT operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience working in IT support or a similar role, with a strong focus on insurance-related technologies and staffing solutions.
Hands-on experience with various insurance Agency Management Systems (AMS) such as Applied Epic, AMS360, Vertafore, or other relevant software.
Demonstrated experience utilizing management software for production reporting, particularly related to virtual assistant performance.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot both software and hardware-related issues.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and manage multiple priorities.
Solid understanding of data security and system backup procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous IT experience within an insurance staffing agency or a similar industry.
Familiarity with virtual assistant workflows and performance tracking systems.
Certifications in IT, networking, or AMS management (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.).
Experience with cloud-based solutions and integrations.
