About Us:
We are a mid-size graphic design and retail firm looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Social Media Specialist to help build, manage, and grow our Etsy and TikTok shops. Our Etsy shop will feature both digital and physical products, requiring strong organizational and marketing skills. Additionally, two of our owners have growing TikTok accounts in fitness, fashion, and cooking, and we’re seeking support in audience growth and affiliate marketing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Etsy Shop Management:
Create, build, and maintain an engaging Etsy storefront featuring digital and physical products.
Optimize product listings with compelling descriptions, SEO-driven keywords, and high-quality images/videos.
Manage inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Research trends and develop new product ideas to increase revenue.
Monitor shop analytics and implement strategies to improve sales and engagement.
TikTok Shop & Social Media Growth:
Develop and execute strategies for launching and maintaining a TikTok Shop.
Create engaging short-form video content to showcase products and drive sales.
Collaborate with influencers and creators for partnerships and promotions.
Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and leverage viral opportunities.
Personal Brand Growth & Affiliate Marketing:
Assist in content creation and audience engagement for the owners' TikTok accounts in fitness, fashion, and cooking.
Develop a content calendar that aligns with growth strategies and brand identity.
Identify and manage affiliate marketing opportunities to monetize social media presence.
Track performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal audience engagement and conversion.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably on Etsy and/or TikTok Shop.
Strong understanding of social media marketing, particularly on TikTok.
Experience with product photography, video editing, and SEO optimization.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing, branding, and audience growth.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Corel (KEY ITEM), Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools for content creation.
Experience with influencer marketing and affiliate programs.
Familiarity with Etsy SEO tools and analytics.
