Seeking WordPress Support Team Member

I am looking for someone to join my team as a WordPress Support teaUpgrade to see actual infomber. In my agency, I have many maintenance and support clients that request changes and updates to their websites. I need someone to:

- View the requests
- Complete the task
- Email client when the task is complete

To get started, I know there will be training on my softwares and wordpress website builder of choice (not elementor but it is a page builder so if you know elementor, you'll be able to use my builder) and on many requests, I can send over a video walkthrough on how to update the request. This way, you can be confident in making those changes. There may not be new requests every single day.

You will have access to my Notion account to view the boards and manage the client requests. After some time, you'll also be given access to my support member email address to directly email clients as you feel confident is fulfilling project requests.
