Ecommerce Product Specialist
will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our online product catalog to ensure accuracy, visibility, and a compelling customer experience. Key responsibilities include writing clear and engaging product descriptions, categorizing listings, ensuring high-quality images, and enhancing search visibility. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional with a strong understanding of online product presentation, SEO best practices, and E-commerce merchandising.
A successful candidate must be able to :
Product Data Accuracy: Ensure all product information, including pricing, descriptions, attributes, and specifications, is accurate and up to date across eCommerce platforms. Identify and correct discrepancies as needed.
Content Optimization: Write clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized product titles and descriptions that highlight key features and benefits while maintaining brand voice and consistency.
Merchandising & Catalog Management: Develop a strong understanding of product categories, pricing, inventory levels, and customer preferences to improve product discoverability and drive conversions.
SEO & Search Visibility: Optimize product listings using SEO best practices, metadata, and keyword research to improve search rankings and online performance.
Collaboration & Cross-Team Support: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align product content, promotions, and updates with broader business goals.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze product performance, conversion rates, and website metrics to make data-driven improvements. Adjust listings and promotions based on insights.
Media & Digital Assets Management: Ensure high-quality product images, videos, and other digital assets are correctly uploaded, formatted, and displayed on the website.

A successful candidate will demonstrate :
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in product listings.
Knowledge of SEO E-commerce, including keyword optimization, metadata, and search ranking strategies.
Familiarity with inventory management, pricing strategies, and online promotions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while effectively prioritizing workload.
Monitor online performance, including conversions, website analytics, and campaigns, making adjustments as needed to improve search visibility.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of experience in product data management, data governance, or eCommerce merchandising
2+ years of experience in Ecommerce platforms, such as BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento, or equivalent.
Must be familiar with Tiktok best practices
Experience working with high SKU counts and managing product catalogs
Graphic Design for product page image creation
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be fluent in English both written and oral.
Must be knowledgeable in e-commerce US & Canada market
Working hours are Monday to Friday - 10 AM to 4 PM CST ( US hours)
Hours will vary during this time slot.
Pay: $4 per hour
Expected hours: 10-20 hours per week.
