Product Sourcing Specialist for Online Arbitrage & Wholesale

We are looking for a passionate, experienced and results-oriented Product Sourcing Specialist to join our US-based Amazon, eBay, and Walmart e-commerce business.

This role primarily focuses on online arbitrage sourcing, and opportunities to assist in wholesale sourcing.

Your Role Will Include:
Online Arbitrage Sourcing
o Manually sourcing profitable OA products
o Using TA and/or Arbisource to identify profitable product leads
o Analyzing Keepa charts and historical pricing trends
o Evaluating ROI, competition, sales rank, and Buy Box trends
o Recommending, recording and organizing product leads in Google Sheets
o Identifying new product sources

Wholesale Sourcing
o Identifying brands and potential wholesale partners
o Contacting brands via email or contact forms to open accounts
o Receiving and reviewing wholesale price sheets

Preferred Qualifications & Experience (minimum 1 year required):
• Keepa (Required) – Strong ability to analyze price trends and product viability
• Amazon Seller Central (Required) – Familiarity with Amazon operations
• SellerAmp (Required) – Understanding of profitability and risk assessment
• Understanding of Sales Rank & Buy Box dynamics (Required)
• Arbisource (Preferred) – Experience using this tool to optimize sourcing
• Tactical Arbitrage (Preferred) – Must have experience sourcing with this tool
• Wholesale experience (Preferred) – Contacting brands, analyze price sheets

Job Requirements:
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow sourcing criteria
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

Trial & Hiring Process:
1. A short sample project (approximately 30 minutes) to assess your skills
2. An interview to discuss your experience and approach
3. A two-week paid trial period for top candidates to evaluate long-term compatibility
Please note that completing the sample project does not guarantee a full-time position.
