Our team handles everything from venue bookings and event scheduling to participant communication, ensuring smooth and successful events.

Job Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized, fast-learning, and creative Virtual Assistant to support both administrative and marketing tasks. This role will be a combination of assisting the general admin with various operational tasks and providing direct support to the social media manager in managing our social media calendar and outreach efforts.
We’re looking for someone who isn’t just great at following instructions but can also bring their own creative ideas to the table. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and excited to contribute to a growing brand. Experience with Meta Ads is a major plus!
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Assist with
Provide backup support to tea
Help oversee and delegate tasks to interns as necessary.
Assist with posting and monitoring events on Eventbrite to ensure all details are accurate and up to date.
Social Media & Marketing Support
Assist in planning and maintaining the social media content calendar.
Support outreach efforts, including responding to messages and engaging with our audience.
Research and brainstorm new content ideas to enhance engagement.
Help track social media performance and suggest improvements.
Provide assistance with running Meta Ads (if experienced or willing to learn).
Creative & Strategic Thinking
Contribute fresh ideas for social media campaigns and event promotions.
Take initiative in identifying opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency.
Bring a problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn quickly.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Prior experience in social media management, marketing, or administrative roles is preferred.
Comfortable learning new tools and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Meta Ads is a major plus but not required.
Work Schedule & Compensation
20-40 hours per week, depending on company's needs (8am-4pm EST MondayFriday with some weekends)
Starting rate: $4/hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on experience and performance.
