We are a vacation rental management company looking for someone with vacation rental experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer guest messages promptly.
Submit and manage claims on Airbnb.
Dispute reviews when needed.
Coordinate with the field team.

Requirements:

Experience in vacation rentals (Airbnb experience preferred).
Strong written and spoken English.
Comfortable working night shifts (EST time zone) and flexible work schedule during weekends.
Great problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule: 10H/Day x 5 days a week
