Are you an experienced real estate underwriter looking for a full-time remote opportunity with growth potential? We are seeking a Real Estate Underwriter to analyze both wholesale and novation deals to determine their true market value and investment potential.

What You’ll Do:
Analyze Residential Properties – Assess property values using comps, market trends, and repair cost estimates to determine accurate market value for both wholesale cash deals and novation agreements.
Underwrite Wholesale & Novation Deals – Determine ARV for cash deals and market value for novation deals to structure competitive offers.
Market Research – Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends, pricing fluctuations, and investor preferences to make informed underwriting decisions.
Collaborate with Sales Team – Work closely with the acquisitions and dispositions teams to structure deals that align with market conditions and investor expectations.

- Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience underwriting residential real estate properties (wholesaling, novations, fix & flip, or rental analysis preferred).
- Strong understanding of ARV (After Repair Value), MAO (Maximum Allowable Offer), and retail market pricing for novation deals.
- Proficiency in real estate analysis tools like PropStream, MLS, Zillow, Redfin, and Batch Leads.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills – ability to justify underwriting decisions based on real market data.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Compensation:
- $5/hr + Bonuses per Signed Deal – Earn additional bonuses based on successful contracts!
