WHAT YOU’LL DO
???? Lead Sales Efforts – Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business and grow our client portfolio.
???? Develop Marketing Strategies – Oversee and refine marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract new leads.
???? Manage Client Relationships – Build and nurture relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor for growth opportunities.
???? Drive Revenue – Own the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals—plus, earn bonuses for hitting key targets.
???? Optimize Performance – Track sales and marketing performance, analyze trends, and refine strategies to maximize impact.
???? Create Compelling Pitches – Lead the development of sales pitch decks and proposals that showcase our value and expertise.

WHAT YOU BRING
? A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
? 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a leadership role
? Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
? A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of hitting sales targets
? Experience developing marketing campaigns and sales pitch decks
? Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
