Zoho CRM Dev / Zoho One Suite (Part-Time, Long-Term)

We are a growing company using Zoho One Suite to manage clients, contracts, projects, and payments. Our Zoho system is mostly set up, but we are looking for an expert to help finalize, improve, and manage it as we continue to grow.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who knows Zoho One very well and can help us:
• Finish and fine-tune what’s already built.
• Fix anything that’s not working properly.
• Advise on better ways to use Zoho tools and organize processes.
• Handle ongoing updates, small projects, and improvements.

You don’t need to know our specific industry — we’ll give you all the fields, data, and background you need. We want someone who can take what we share and either solve the problem or advise on the best way to solve it.

Estimated Workload & Flexibility:
• Initial Setup & Finalization: Around 30–40 hours total to review, finalize, and optimize what’s already built.
• Ongoing Support: Around 5–10 hours/month for small updates, fixes, and new workflows.
• Hours are flexible and can be discussed based on what works best for you, your schedule, and talents — we care
about maximizing what you’re great at, not just filling time.

Examples of Things You’ll Help With:
• Finalizing workflows and automation (client onboarding, contract sending, task creation).
• Improving how we track clients, design projects, and internal tasks.
• Ensuring Zoho CRM, Flow, Books, Forms, Contracts, and WorkDrive work together smoothly.
• Helping organize file sharing (Zoho WorkDrive or Google Drive).
• Advising on what’s possible and what we can improve in Zoho One.

What We Need from You:
• Strong experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho One apps (especially Flow, Books, Forms, WorkDrive).
• Ability to build automations, workflows, and organize data effectively.
• Someone who can take information and turn it into working solutions without needing daily input.
• Clear communicator — able to explain options and setups simply and professionally.
• Bonus if familiar with Zoho Contracts and Zoho Analytics.
