Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all guest communications promptly and professionally.
- Manage inventory and ensure all properties are stocked and prepared for incoming guests.
- Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure properties are clean and ready for guest arrivals.
- Facilitate maintenance requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Utilize platforms such as Guesty, Hospitable, Airbnb, VRBO, and Hostfully to manage bookings, guest communications, and property details.
Qualifications:
- Previous employment at Airbnb is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing Airbnb properties and familiarity with associated software is a plus.
- Knowledge of Guesty and Hospitable are highly preferred.
- MUST have prior experience in customer service.
