Rockstar Video Editor for YouTube Channel

I manage a YouTube channel focused on personal development/career advice. I pride myself on delivering high-quality, engaging content to my audience. So I am seeking a talented and creative video editor to join my team.

Responsibilities:

Edit long-form YouTube videos, including cutting footage, adding transitions, music, images, sound effects, and motion graphics to enhance overall quality and engagement.
Create short-form video content tailored for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc., to expand our reach and engage with our audience in diverse ways.
Create well-researched thumbnails for each video, consistent with the type of content and audience I am targeting.

Requirements:

Proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Ability to create click-worthy thumbnails for the video you edit.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, animation, or graphic design.

This is a remote position, and you can work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.
