HighLevel Specialist: GHL Website, CRM, and Automation Setup (Project ? Part-Time ? Full-Time Role)

We're Buildwise Media — a fast-growing agency helping service businesses streamline their operations and grow using AI-powered systems and automation.

Right now, we’re testing a few vendors, but we’re also looking to bring on someone who can start with project-based work and grow into a part-time or even full-time role over time.

If you're experienced with GoHighLevel (GHL), care about great design, and want to grow with a premium brand, we want to hear from you.

This First Project:
We’re setting up a new GHL sub-account for a service-based business and need help getting the core foundation built quickly and professionally.

This is not just a technical job — design matters. Our clients expect a premium look and feel, so we need someone who combines strong technical skills with a great eye for design. Clean, modern, conversion-friendly — that’s the bar.

Scope of Work:
? Build a clean, elegant 5-page website in GHL
• Home
• About
• Contact
• Thank You
• Extra/Placeholder Page

? Set up a booking calendar

? Basic CRM setup
• Pipeline stages
• Tags

? Create simple automations
• Appointment confirmation
• Follow-up (email & SMS)

What We’ll Handle:
• We’ll take care of Stripe, Google, and other integrations — just use placeholders for now
• You’ll get access to the sub-account directly — no external tools needed
• We’ll provide branding/copy later — feel free to use placeholder content

Deliverables:
• Website pages built and styled in GHL
• Calendar and CRM fully configured
• Email & SMS automations working
• One quick revision round if needed

We want someone who can:

Start with this project and knock it out of the park

Grow into ongoing part-time work (setting up future client accounts, automations, websites, etc.)

Eventually take on a full-time role with Buildwise Media as we scale
