MBA Tutor

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable MBA Tutor to provide one-on-one tutoring sessions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core MBA subjects and the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. This role involves attending classes with students, relaying key points, and providing additional lectures to reinforce learning and understanding.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one tutoring in core MBA subjects such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Operations, Strategy, and Economics.

Attend MBA classes with students, take notes, and clarify difficult concepts.

Relay and give lectures on lessons to enhance comprehension and application.

Assist student with case study analysis, business presentations, and research projects.

Offer guidance on quantitative methods, data analysis, and financial modeling.

Provide constructive feedback and academic support.

Stay updated on MBA curriculum changes and industry trends.

Help the student prepare for exams, presentations, and coursework submissions.

Requirements:

MBA or Master’s degree in Business

Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring MBA students is an advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to break down complex topics into digestible lessons.

Experience with online tutoring platforms (if applicable).

Adaptability in working with students of various learning styles.
