Rate: $6/hr plus Incentives and earn 60,000 PHP +/month plus Incentives.
Schedule:
Option 1: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm British Time with 30 min lunch and two 15 min breaks
Option 2: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Eastern Time with 30 min lunch and two 15 min breaks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a BDR
- Experience prospecting/selling into Enterprise/Strategic Accounts
- Consistently meet/exceed sales quotas within specified time frames
- Experience working in a high grow-tech company
- Working knowledge of Salesloft/Outreach.io, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LeadIQ
- Previous experience in B2B Software Sales
- Basic understanding of what presales is
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent field
- Experience working in high-growth startup environments
- Desire to win
- Ability to effectively communicate a technical AI solution.
- Ability to handle rejection (cold calling, "no" / "Not interested")
- Effective communicator via text and speech.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Outbound Outreach by Finding, contacting, and converting leads independently
- Own and Manage prospecting for a designated territory and create quarterly plans to achieve quotas
- Conduct prospecting and account research, collaborate with Inbound BDR peers, engage in social media messaging,
- Grow territory by adding new contacts and accounts using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Insights, ZoomInfo, and LeadIQ
- Work with Account Executives on outbound strategies
- Coordinate with Inbound BDRs on marketing campaign accounts/prospect and Input and update data in Salesforce
