JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Shopify E-Commerce Manager to oversee and manage our Shopify store's daily operations. This role requires experience with Shopify's backend, order management, product listings, and customer service. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and has a strong grasp of e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, accurate inventory tracking, and an optimized shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Order & Inventory Management:
- Fulfill and monitor orders, ensuring timely processing and tracking.
- Manage order modifications, including refunds, cancellations, and replacements.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers or warehouses for restocking.
- Monitor and update product pricing based on market trends and business strategies.

2. Product & Store Management:
- Create new product listings and update existing ones with accurate descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Ensure product pages are optimized for SEO and conversions.
- Perform basic theme updates, including banner and image changes.
- Create, manage, and monitor discount coupons and promotional offers.

3. Marketing & Customer Engagement:
- Send newsletters and promotional emails to engage and retain customers.
- Monitor and track daily sales, including attributions, shipping fees, and revenue insights.
- Assist with customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, ensuring high-quality support.

4. Performance & Store Optimization:
- Analyze sales trends, order performance, and customer behavior to recommend improvements.
- Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Stay updated with Shopify updates, tools, and e-commerce best practices to enhance store functionality.

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a Shopify store (minimum 2+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of Shopify’s backend, including order processing, inventory management, and product listings.
- Experience with basic website updates (banners, images, and minor theme adjustments).
- Proficiency in email marketing tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
- Familiarity with e-commerce analytics and sales tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer service experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Shopify apps and integrations.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce.
- Ability to analyze store data and generate reports for decision-making.
- Background in managing promotions, discounts, and pricing strategies.

This is a remote position, and the candidate must be comfortable working independently while maintaining clear communication with the team.
