** Experience in the mortgage industry is an asset.
Administrative and Operational Tasks:
- Manage the broker's personal and work calendar: schedule task and meetings, up-to-date with broker and client deadlines
- Proficient in using Google Suite (especially Calendar and Google Sheets), including CRM systems.
- Updating and maintaining client database
- Meeting with the Mortgage Broker to ensure all mortgage files are being processed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Organize files, using Cloud, Google drive and admin
- Following up all aspects of the process ensuring smooth closings.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare reports as needed.
Marketing Support:
- Sending
- Assist with creating social media content (Instagram and
- Creating Feature Sheets and Rate Sheets for Realtors
We need someone who is looking for Permanent Part-time hours to start with and be potentially transitioned to Full-Time, if needed.
