About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in designing visually stunning, user-friendly websites and mobile applications. You will work closely with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life and ensure a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities
- Design engaging and responsive websites, mobile apps, and other digital interfaces.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers, to implement designs.
- Ensure all designs align with the brand’s visual identity and meet project requirements.
- Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to enhance designs.
- Test and refine designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Web/App Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Advance knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable talking to clients, explaining ideas, demos, walkthroughs, and other interactions
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred
- Experience in designing for e-commerce, SaaS platforms, or enterprise-level applications.
- Experience in building email brands and other branding initiatives
- Familiarity with animation and interactive design tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Understanding of design systems and style guides.
