About Us:
Pure & Good Foods is a growing food ingredients company based in Miami, FL, specializing in high-quality bulk ingredients. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Service Specialist to join our team and support our day-to-day operations, sales processes, logistics, and customer service.

Position Overview:
This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations from order processing to final delivery while maintaining excellent customer relationships. You will be responsible for sales operations, sales orders, inventory, product management, customer specifics, pickup coordination, logistics, and customer service support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sales Operations & Order Management

- Process and manage customer sales orders in Fishbowl Inventory and Upgrade to see actual info.
- Ensure all order details, pickup times, and logistics coordination are accurate.
- Communicate with the warehouse and quality teams to track order fulfillment.
- Assist in managing inventory and product availability updates.

* Customer Service & Support

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, invoices, product specs, and quality documentation.
- Work closely with customers to schedule pickups or coordinate shipping quotes.
- Maintain and update product documentation with the Quality team.
- Handle invoice requests and general customer service tasks.

* Logistics Coordination

- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with customers and warehouses.
- Work with freight brokers and carriers to quote and arrange shipments.
- Ensure all logistics processes align with customer requirements.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Sales Support, or Customer Service (preferably in the food industry).
- Strong understanding of order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM/ERP systems (Fishbowl, Upgrade to see actual info, or similar tools preferred).
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with U.S.-based teams.
- Must be available during U.S. business hours (Philippines night shift).
- Willing to follow the U.S. calendar and holidays (Philippine holidays will not be observed if they fall on a U.S. working day).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in food ingredients, manufacturing, or logistics is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), Slack, and inventory/order management software.
