JOB OVERVIEW

- Every end of week, hunt down 30 standout ad examples each week from platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (YouTube, Display), TikTok, LinkedIn and X.
- Curate a mix of ad types: video ads, static images, carousels, stories—whatever’s catching attention.
- Focus on ads that are creative, innovative, or possibly high-performing—stuff worth talking about.
- Pull examples from diverse industries (e.g., e-commerce, B2B, lifestyle, tech) to keep the variety flowing.
- Organize your finds in a simple, shareable format (e.g., Google Sheet or doc) with links, screenshots, or video clips, plus a quick note on why each ad stands out.
- Drop your curated list to me every Sunday of the following week.
- Bonus: Flag any emerging ad trends or campaign styles you spot while sourcing.
- 8 hour work / week max
- Choose your own time

Who you are
Experience with Direct Response Marketing.
Experience with Ad Creatives: You’ve worked with digital ad campaigns before.
Knows how to find live ads from Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, or even X searches.
You can spot a scroll-stopping ad from a mile away and explain why it works—hook, visuals, copy etc.
You’re resourceful and proactive, able to dig through ad libraries, competitor pages, or trending content to find gold.
