Senior Low Code ERP Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Airtable Developer LEADER for our company of roughly ~25 people. Oversee the deployment and ongoing development of our Airtable based ERP. Strategy, leadership, and when needed development work.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
- Monthly Salary: $2,000
- 13th Month Pay
- $500 Yearly Tech Allowance

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Translate business function needs and bug tickets into actionable development steps
- Manage the queue of tickets, assigning to members of our development team
- Lead, manage, coach, and hold accountable the (2) developers on the team, providing coaching and support as needed
- Identify opportunities for additional functions, automated workflows, and AI integration
- Roll add tickets out to team, developing their skillsets as you do so


QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience leading the architecture and development of an ERP in Airtable or similar platform
- In depth understanding of the construction of business financials reporting: income statement and balance sheet
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Airtable skill level: expert
- Languages: JavaScript and HTML
