== THE POSITION ==

As a Graphic Designer for our full-service brand engagement and marketing firm client, you’ll play a key role in the firm’s objective to deliver strategic and creative solutions for their client’s business brands.

Your primary focus will be acquiring a deep understanding in the client's brands to craft compelling B2B and B2C marketing materials. This client is a one-stop-shop for all things marketing so this is your chance to be a key player in a dynamic team!

-> Requirements:
• 3-5 years of graphic design experience.
• Full working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator, specifically), Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word.
• Must have the creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Must have strong visual and conceptual skills.
• Must be willing to learn new printing and branding techniques.
• Must have high attention to detail in branding execution.
• Must have the adaptability to work with various materials (clothing, hard goods, etc.).
• Available to work part-time (20 hrs/wk).
• Can work during standard US business hours.
• Fast, stable internet connection (Minimum download speed 10 Mbps)
• Working computer/laptop (Minimum Requirement: Processor - Intel i5 or equivalent, RAM - 8GB).
• Backup power source or work location for power outages.


-> Nice to Have:
• 2+ years of “advertising agency” experience would be a bonus.
• Understanding of print methods such as screen printing, CMYK digital imprinting, and laser and deboss printing is a plus.


-> Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Acquiring a deep understanding of the client’s brands and how to use that knowledge and design aesthetic to create new B2B and B2C marketing materials.
• Creating Print Ready Art.
• Creating concepts and creatives for decks.
• Applying logos to images and placing them on decks.
• Developing creative concepts for branded merchandise.
• Envisioning unique ways to incorporate client logos onto various items.
• Collaborating with the team to refine branding approaches.
• Learning and applying different printing and branding techniques.
• Reviewing past projects for inspiration and alignment with client needs.
