Virtual Assistant & Social Media Marketing

We are a growing company that builds rental homes and provides property management services. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Virtual Assistant to assist with a wide variety of tasks, with a focus on managing social media, posting new rental vacancies, and updating our website using GoDaddy’s website builder. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a growing team and contribute to its success.

Key Responsibilities:

Post new rental vacancies on social media platforms.
Monitor and respond to applicant inquiries through social media and other communication channels.
Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent content posting and engagement.
Update and maintain our website (via GoDaddy website builder), ensuring it is current and visually appealing.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and organizing files.

Qualifications:
Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook.
Basic knowledge of website management (GoDaddy or similar platforms).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Previous experience in property management, real estate, or website design is a plus, but not required.
