We’re looking for a creative and analytical individual to manage our advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This part-time role, expected to require 10-20 hours per week. As the Social Media Video Content Creator and Advertiser, you will be responsible for designing and producing engaging video content using our existing strategies, contributing original ideas, and effectively managing ad campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation for Advertising from our Library:
- Develop and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Analyze our social media channels to identify high-performing posts and repurpose them into advertisements.
- Utilize our internal video library of recorded customer calls to extract compelling clips using preferred software such as CapCut or Descript.
- Collaborate with voice talent to create testimonial videos, ensuring customer privacy is maintained.
- Leverage tools like ChatGPT to generate innovative copy ideas for video content.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas aligned with our mission and brand tone.

2. Advertising Campaigns:
- Plan, implement, and manage successful Facebook and Instagram strategies on our TikTok account to maintain a cohesive cross-platform presence.
- Monitor ad performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest advertising trends and tools to refine strategies.

3. Audience Engagement:
- Use storytelling to craft engaging and informative videos that resonate with our audience.
- Incorporate user-generated content, testimonials, and educational elements into videos.
- Respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.

4. Analytics & Reporting:
- Identify trends and opportunities for content improvement.
- Weekly, assess videos with the highest three-second watch rates and produce new ads by combining the most effective introductions with proven high-converting content.
- Track and analyze performance data for videos and ads.
- Provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in creating and managing video content for social media advertising, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Proficiency in video editing software, with a preference for CapCut and Descript.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data AND strong understanding of social media trends and best practices to optimize content accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - creative thinker with excellent storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for content generation is a plus.
- Passion for topics related to fertility, health, or family planning is a plus.

Work Schedule
This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 10-20 hours per week. The schedule is flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate the candidate's availability, with the possibility of remote work.
