Customer Service – Dropshipping Fashion Niche

Who We’re Looking For
We run multiple fashion dropshipping stores and are searching for a highly experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage our email support tickets, resolve order issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is NOT a job for beginners—we need someone with proven experience in dropshipping CS, specifically in the fashion niche.

Your Responsibilities
? Handle customer emails professionally and respond within 2 minutes during working hours.
? Resolve order issues, refunds, and inquiries while following company policies.
? Work closely with the dispute and backend teams to prevent chargebacks and complaints.
? Provide clear and professional communication that aligns with our brand image.
? Maintain high customer satisfaction by offering solutions in a timely and friendly manner.
? Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
? Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.

Requirements
???? Extensive experience in customer service for dropshipping stores (fashion niche is a MUST).
???? Proven ability to handle high-volume email support.
???? Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent grammar and communication skills.
???? Fast typing speed and ability to multitask efficiently.
???? Ability to work 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.
???? Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
???? Familiarity with Shopify, PayPal disputes, and chargeback prevention is a PLUS!
