The Role
We’re seeking a Client Onboarding & Growth Assistant to support our daytoday operations and help us deliver exceptional service to our clients. This is a dynamic role perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has a knack for tech, and wants to grow with a small business. You’ll handle client onboarding, assist with basic social media tasks, and support outreach efforts to attract great clients—all while helping us automate processes to stay efficient.

What You’ll Do

Client Onboarding: Conduct onboarding calls with new clients, guiding them through our process with confidence and clarity.
Social Media Support: Manage basic social media tasks like scheduling posts or engaging with followers to keep our online presence active.
Outreach: Perform light online outreach (e.g., emails, DMs, or lead research) to connect with potential clients who’d benefit from our services.
Process Automation: Assist with setting up or maintaining automations (using tools like Zapier or webhooks) to streamline review collection in our GHL CRM—don’t worry, we’ll train you if needed!
Team Support: Pitch in on adhoc tasks to keep our small team running smoothly as we grow.

Who You Are

Reliable, organized, and proactive—you take ownership of your work and follow through.
Comfortable with tech—experience with GHL, Zapier, or similar tools is a plus, but a willingness to learn is what counts.
A clear communicator—able to explain things simply to clients during onboarding calls.
Adaptable and eager to grow—you’re excited to wear multiple hats now and specialize as we expand.
Bonus: Basic social media knowhow or outreach experience (e.g., cold emails or lead gen).
