League of Legends Scriptwriter & Researcher

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly knowledgeable and experienced Scriptwriter & Researcher to create compelling long-form content about League of Legends for our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate is passionate about the game, has a deep understanding of its history, mechanics, and meta, and has prior experience writing engaging scripts for YouTube videos.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research on interesting and unique League of Legends topics, such as historical overpowered champions, game-breaking strategies, or shifts in the meta.

Find and analyze relevant data, statistics, and sources to back up the research.

Write engaging and well-structured scripts that are between 20 minutes to 1 hour in length.

Ensure the scripts are informative, entertaining, and well-paced to maintain audience engagement.

Maintain a consistent tone and storytelling style that aligns with the example channel: Upgrade to see actual info

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge of League of Legends, its history, and its evolving meta.

Must have played League of Legends and be familiar with professional play, game patches, and community discussions.

Prior experience in scriptwriting for YouTube (please provide examples of previous work).

Ability to research historical in-game trends, statistics, and expert opinions.

Strong writing skills in English with a clear and engaging storytelling ability.

Understanding of pacing and script structure to maintain viewer retention.
