Position: Project Manager

Job Description:

Lead and manage cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, design, product, and creative to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones, and ensure that all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers are aligned with project objectives.
Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or roadblocks that arise during the execution phase.
Coordinate project resources, including vendors, external partners, and internal teams, to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and successes to stakeholders, including senior management.
Ensure that all projects adhere to Ader Error's brand standards and creative direction, delivering high-quality results that exceed expectations.
Continuously evaluate project processes and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
Manage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are tracked and aligned with the overall budgetary goals.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the fashion, creative, or lifestyle industries.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Solid understanding of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A creative mindset with an understanding of Ader Error’s brand identity and vision.
A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
Experience in the fashion, streetwear, or creative industries is highly preferred.
