Creative Notion Template Designer (Project-Based)

We’re searching for a Notion expert who loves designing creative, functional, and user-friendly Notion templates. If you’re passionate about organizing workflows, building productivity tools, or creating visually appealing setups in Notion, this gig is for you! We need someone who can turn ideas into practical templates that people will love to use.

This is a project-based role, meaning you’ll be paid for each template you complete. Whether you’re a seasoned Notion pro or a self-taught wizard, we’d love to see what you can do!

What You’ll Do

- Create unique, high-quality Notion templates based on provided ideas or your own creative concepts.
- Design templates that are easy to use, visually appealing, and functional for different needs (e.g., personal productivity, team collaboration, goal tracking, etc.).
- Work independently on each project, delivering a fully functional template ready to share.
- Suggest improvements or creative twists to make templates stand out.

Project Details

- Payment: $50–$250 USD per template, depending on complexity, creativity, and usefulness.
- Timeline: Each template should take 1–2 weeks to complete (flexible based on scope).
- Examples of Templates We Want:
1, Daily planner with habit trackers

3. Content creation calendar
4. Personal finance tracker
5. Website design Checklist

- You’ll get clear guidance on each project, but we also value your creativity.

What We’re Looking For in You

- Proven experience designing Notion templates (personal or professional use is fine!).
- Strong understanding of Notion’s features (databases, embeds, formulas, etc.).
- A creative eye for layout, design, and usability.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills to clarify project needs (if necessary).
