About the Job:
We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and high-performing Digital Support & Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is a long-term, full-time remote role. You will be responsible for handling text-based conversations with online clients, building lasting relationships, upselling digital products, and delivering engaging, tailored responses. Your communication will directly impact client satisfaction and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will maintain engaging, personalized conversations while managing and upselling digital content based on client interests. You must follow communication guidelines precisely but also adapt your style to fit each client. Strong rapport-building skills and an organized, sales-driven mindset are essential.
What We Expect:
We expect strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple conversations efficiently, and a clear focus on upselling and closing sales. You must follow instructions closely, meet set targets, and be 100% reliable. Adaptability is key—you need to switch tone and style based on the client, while maintaining professionalism.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base pay of $5/hour for experienced candidates
- Base pay of $3/hour for beginners eager to learn
