Senior Django Developer – Fast-Paced Tech Startup (Fully Remote, Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week)

Salary: $1200 - $2500 USD per month.
Bonus: 13th Month pay.

We’re looking for a Senior Django Developer to help us scale our platform, improve performance, and introduce cutting-edge features. What You'll Do:

Build, optimize, and maintain scalable Django applications.

Work on backend architecture, database optimization, and API integrations.

Collaborate closely with frontend developers, designers, and product managers.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Troubleshoot and debug performance issues.

Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, or similar).

What We're Looking For:

Django experience (or comparable Python web frameworks).

Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, and Docker.

Proficiency in building and scaling RESTful APIs.

Experience with asynchronous task processing and background jobs.

Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.

Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing.

Understanding of security best practices and scalability challenges.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
