JOB OVERVIEW

Spearlance Media is a high-growth website design agency specializing in conversion-focused websites for service-based businesses. We are looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to manage and scale our internal ad campaigns and client accounts.

This is a contractor role, where you will work directly with the founder to develop, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns that drive leads and sales.

Role Overview
As the Facebook Ads Specialist, you will:

- Plan and execute Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns with a focus on lead generation and conversions.
- Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, creative variations, audience segmentation, and budget adjustments.
- Manage internal ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads for Spearlance Media.
- Manage client ad accounts as needed, ensuring strong performance and ROI.
- Track and report key performance metrics, including ad spend, cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
- Stay updated on Facebook Ads best practices, algorithm changes, and new strategies.
- Create basic, templated ad creatives using Canva or similar tools to ensure fast turnaround times and consistency across campaigns.

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $1,500 – $2,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
- Bi-weekly payments via Deel.
- Remote position with flexible working hours.

- Direct mentorship and collaboration with the founder to refine strategies and expand your skills.

Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in Facebook Ads, with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Experience using Canva or similar tools to create simple, effective ad creatives.
- Strong ad copywriting and creative strategy skills to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Experience managing ad budgets of $5,000+ per month, with proven results in lead generation.
- Data-driven and analytical, making campaign decisions based on performance metrics.
- Proactive and independent, capable of managing campaigns and improving performance without constant oversight.
- Familiarity with retargeting, lookalike audiences, and advanced targeting strategies.
- Bonus: Experience with Google Ads, landing pages, or HighLevel CRM is preferred but not required.
