General Virtual Assistant with SMM and Content Creation experience

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Virtual Assistant for a permanent part-time role (with the potential for full-time hours). You will work directly with the Business Manager and Founder, utilizing a diverse skill set to handle general administrative tasks and industry-specific projects, including content creation, video editing, research, and report writing.

We value VAs who are driven to provide support and offer innovative ideas based on social media trends and needs.

Pre-requisites:

Experience creating content for other accounts
Graphic design portfolio
Experience strategizing content pillars and engagement for lead generation
extensive experience with canva, instagram and video creation apps, Notion
Your own canva pro and video creation app accounts
Understanding of social media algorithms (eg: hashtags, trending audios, tags, CTAs, etc.)

Exceptional English speaking skills
High attention to detail and organisation
Exceptional english spelling, grammar and writing skills
Experience as a VA
Experience working with a variety of CRM programs
Excellent time-management
Willingness to learn
Copy-writing skills

Desirable (but not required)
Go high level training

Rate of Pay:
246 Pesos per hour
8 hours / per week or 2 hours per day - can be flexible as long as can do the hours and tasks get done by deadline

Incentives:
13th month bonus
6-weekly KPI Bonus (10% of your week’s pay as a bonus)
