Cold Calling - Telemarketing - Appointment Setter

I own a roofing company and looking to develop my own call center with the goal of generating appointments for roofing inspections. Ideally, I am looking for someone who already has experience with telemarketing. I want this person to help us set up a dialer (CallTools most likely), to help buy and scrap data (run against DNC and litigation lists) and then start calling.

Ideally, I would like to have this person work for us full time, 8 hours a day during EST hours, 5 days a week. However, at first, we will have a trial period of at least 2 weeks. We will require certain KPIs to be met in order to stay, most likely 1 appointment set a day.

If KPIs ARE met, we would like this person to stay on full-time and eventually help us hire more people and at some point transition to the call center manager role with more upside potential. It's anticipated that along with salary, the candidate will be paid performance-based bonuses as well.
