Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced
Key Responsibilities:
Facebook
Audience Targeting & Scaling: Conduct deep audience research, create lookalike audiences, and scale winning campaigns.
Creative Strategy & Ad Testing: Develop high-performing ad creatives, including video, image, and carousel ads.
Pixel & Conversion Tracking: Ensure proper
Sales Funnel Optimization: Improve landing pages, checkout processes, and customer journey to increase conversion rates.
Budget & Bid Strategy: Manage ad spend efficiently, adjust bidding strategies, and allocate budgets for optimal performance.
Competitor & Market Analysis: Monitor competitors’ ad strategies and trends to stay ahead in the market.
Performance Reporting: Track key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) and provide data-driven insights to improve results.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience managing
Expertise in Meta Ads Manager: Strong understanding of
Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-backed decisions.
Strong Copywriting & Creative Skills: Experience crafting ad copy and collaborating on high-performing creatives.
Funnel & Landing Page Knowledge: Understanding of sales funnels, retargeting strategies, and CRO techniques.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and develop winning strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or Snapchat Ads (bonus).
Proficiency with tools like Triple Whale, Hyros, or AnyTrack for tracking & attribution.
Prior experience managing 6-7 figure ad budgets for e-commerce brands.
