JOB OVERVIEW

Skillful Brands is seeking a seasoned, strategic and experienced Social Media Manager/ Sales Lead Generation Specialist to oversee and optimize our lead generation and management efforts. This role involves developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and convert leads into loyal customers. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and analytics teams to ensure a seamless and results-driven approach to lead acquisition and nurturing. Responsibilities include managing lead pipelines, optimizing outreach strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth.

Position Type:
• Part Time: 10 to 20 hours per week

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to attract and convert high-quality leads, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Pipeline Management: Oversee the lead pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective nurturing to move leads through the sales funnel.

• Data Optimization: Analyze and optimize lead data, including segmentation, targeting, and personalization, to improve conversion rates.

• Performance Analytics: Monitor and evaluate lead generation and conversion metrics using analytics tools. Provide actionable insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with broader campaigns and business objectives.

• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in lead generation and management to maintain a competitive edge.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead performance, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• DISC Profile Score
• English proficiency Exam: C1 or C2
• ID Proof Greater than 70%
• 1-2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager/ Lead Generation Specialist or in a similar role
• Ability to develop and implement strategies based on data-driven insights and industry trends.
• Strong creative vision with the ability to develop compelling content ideas and formats.
• Access to a computer with an operational camera and a working microphone
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Detail-oriented
