We own The FBA Alliance, a company dedicated to helping Amazon sellers succeed. We are launching a brand-new service to protect sellers from account suspensions, and we’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Marketing Virtual Assistant to help build & scale this from the ground up.

???? Salary: $5 - $9 per hour (based on experience)
? Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days a week (Full-time)
???? Remote: Yes (Philippines-based preferred)

???? This Role is Different
We’re not just looking for someone to complete tasks—we want a marketing strategist who will work alongside us to build the roadmap for success. We have our own ideas, but we need someone confident enough to bring their own expertise, take initiative, and work collaboratively to get the best results as fast as possible.

???? Your Responsibilities:
???? Facebook Group Engagement & Lead Generation (3 Hours/Day)
? Join & engage in Amazon FBA seller groups
? Post valuable content
? DM 10-15 sellers per day, offering help & guiding them into our email funnel.
? Monitor & reply to messages on our brand’s Facebook account.

???? YouTube Shorts & Twitter/X Reels Posting
? Post 2-3 engaging YouTube Shorts & Twitter/X Reels per week.
? Repurpose our existing video content into short-form clips.
? Engage with comments & direct traffic to our website.

???? LinkedIn Marketing & Outreach
? Post 3x per week on LinkedIn about Amazon policies & suspensions.
? Engage & connect with Amazon influencers, coaches & agencies.
? Send 10-15 DMs per day to potential partners & referral sources.
? Apply to relevant Upwork jobs for potential case studies & exposure.

???? Reddit & Quora Engagement
? Answer 3-5 Amazon suspension-related questions daily (plug our service).
? Monitor trending Amazon seller discussions & engage where relevant.

???? Email Marketing & Lead Magnet Promotion
? Push Facebook group leads into our email marketing funnel.
? Promote free lead magnets (Amazon suspension checklist, POA templates, etc.).
? Schedule follow-up email sequences to nurture leads.
? Optimize email open rates by testing subject lines.

???? Community Growth & Brand Awareness (30 Minutes/Day)
? Find new Amazon seller communities to join & engage in.
? Start conversations that drive traffic to our brand.
? Identify potential influencers for partnerships.

???? The Ideal Candidate:
? 1+ years of experience in social media marketing & lead generation.
? Strong knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter & YouTube marketing.
? Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
? Experience in the Amazon FBA/eCommerce space (preferred but not required).
? Self-motivated & results-driven (we need someone proactive!).
? Familiar with email marketing & lead funnels (preferred).
? Comfortable with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, and scheduling tools.
? Confidence is key! We need someone who will bring their own ideas to the table.
