Web Designer and Digital Marketer

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Website & Landing Page Designer with expertise in Sales Funnels and digital advertising to join our team as a Digital Creative Virtual Assistant.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about building high-converting websites, crafting engaging landing pages, and optimizing digital ad creatives to drive results. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping our online presence and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

>> Website Design & Development – Create, update, and maintain visually appealing and high-performing websites.

>> Landing Page Creation & Optimization – Design and optimize high-converting landing pages using ClickFunnels, WordPress, and similar platforms.

>> Sales Funnels Management – Build and maintain funnels, optimize for conversions, and troubleshoot funnel performance.

>> Digital Ad Creative Design – Create ad graphics, banners, and engaging visuals for Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other platforms.

>> Video Editing & Social Media Content – Edit reels, ad videos, and promotional content to enhance brand engagement.

>> General VA & Admin Support – Assist with digital marketing and administrative tasks as needed.

REQUIRED Skills & Qualifications:

- Exceptional English – Strong written and spoken communication skills.

- Website & Funnel Development – Proven experience with ClickFunnels, WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms.

- Digital Advertising Knowledge – Experience in designing ad creatives and landing pages optimized for paid ads.

Creative & Strategic Mindset – Ability to design visually appealing, conversion-focused digital experiences.

- Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and automation software.

- Editing & Proofreading – Strong attention to detail with content creation.

- Project Management Tools – Comfortable using Slack, Google Suite, and etc.

Work Schedule & Holidays:

+ Full-Time: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST (25 hours per week).
+ You MUST be available from 11:00 AM to 4:PM EST
+ MUST HAVE RELIABLE Internet/ Wi-Fi and be accessible via Slack for communication at Upgrade to see actual infont's notice at times (within reason).

Holidays: We honor most Filipino holidays except All Saints and All Souls Day
Leave Policy (After 6-Month Probation) : 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities:

~ Salary: $400 per month to start (Full-Time).
~ Opportunity for full-time employment
~ Performance-Based Raise: Eligible for a raise after 6 months based on exceptional performance.
~ 13th Month Pay: Available for those employed 6 months or longer.
