Job Description for Virtual Assistant (Business Funding Support)
Position: Virtual Assistant – Business Funding Support
Location: Remote (WFH)
Hours: Part-Time 8am-12pm EST
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

About Us:

We are a leading business loan brokerage helping business owners secure funding quickly and easily.
Our services range from term loans and credit lines to merchant cash advances and equipment financing.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our funding operations, client outreach, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Cold Calling & Lead Qualification:
• Make outbound calls to potential business owners interested in funding.
• Qualify leads based on revenue, time in business, and funding needs.
• Set appointments or transfer hot leads to the sales team.
• Client Follow-Ups & Relationship Building:
• Follow up with business owners who have inquired about funding.
• Provide basic information and answer initial questions about our funding programs.
• Nurture leads and keep prospects engaged.
• CRM & Data Entry:
• Accurately input lead details into the CRM system.
• Maintain and update client records.
• Track progress of funding applications.
Email & Chat Support:
• Send follow-up emails and respond to inquiries.
• Handle live chat interactions on the website.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist with paperwork, document collection, and file organization.
• Support in preparing funding applications.
• Help with other ad hoc tasks related to business operations.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service. (2 years min)
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work US business hours.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. ?
