Graphic / Motion Design

Looking for a graphic / motion designer with a solid understanding of fundamentals and great communication skills to assist with ongoing projects for my branding agency (it’s just me right now).

Companies I work with involve a lot of gaming, tech, and hospitality / nightlife (production motion graphics, branding, websites, flyers, apparel, etc).

The ideal candidate is proficient in: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects ideally.

Tasks will include:
- Editing existing design/motion documents (I’ll provide specific requests with project files like text changes, layout updates with clear direction, swapping photos, changing timing on motion graphics, effect, encoding, etc).
- Initial research (furthering existing creative direction, finding resources / information / styles / references for projects to have more context on approach / execution)
Less of a focus but still valuable:
- Establishing alternative creative graphics / layouts from existing directions and designs
- Building storyboards for animations from existing creative direction

I mainly use Google Workspace for storage syncing, WhatsApp or text for communication, and Notion for tasks.

I’d like to work with someone long term. I’m very ambitious and have projects available but no time to pursue it. With the right person (or people) I’m confident we can scale projects and build Upgrade to see actual infontum quickly.
