Job Overview
We are a dynamic real estate company specializing in long-term/short-term rentals, property management, and comprehensive property operations. We are seeking a creative and strategic professional to lead our social media, video production, and marketing initiatives.

Position Requirements
1.?Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus .
2.?Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, video production, or marketing, preferably within the real estate or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation .
?3.Core Competencies:
- ?Strategic Thinking: Align social media, video, and marketing efforts with business goals (e.g., brand growth, customer acquisition) .
? - Content Creation: Develop engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn .
- ?Video Production: Oversee end-to-end video production, including scripting, shooting, editing, and posting promotional content .
- ?Analytics & Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM software to measure performance and optimize campaigns .
- ?Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, property management, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign execution .

Skills Requirements
1.?Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva) and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and paid advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) .
2.?Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability to trends in real estate marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Qualifications
? - Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the California real estate market, rental trends, and customer preferences.
? - Multitasking: Ability to balance content creation, campaign management, and team coordination.
? - Language: Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus for regional outreach) .

?Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to grow our online presence and community engagement.
- Produce high-quality promotional videos showcasing our properties, services, and customer testimonials.
- Coordinate with external agencies/vendors for video production and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve ROI

- This job includes a three-month probation period. The probation is part-time, requiring work for 5 days a week for at least 5 hours per day. During the part-time probation period, the salary is $6 per hour.
- After the three-month probation period, the employee's KPI (Key Performance Indicators) will be assessed to determine their eligibility for a full-time position. Upon becoming a full-time employee, they will receive the salary and benefits accorded to regular employees of the company.
