Compensation:
-Performance-Based Start: Earn $500 per candidate for the first five candidates who sign contracts, totaling $2,500.
- Payment will be issued on the Friday following the candidate’s first completed work week.
- Transition to Full-Time: Upon successfully placing five candidates, the role transitions into a full-time position at $800/month.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Healthcare
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute
- Identify and reach out to hospital decision-makers to establish new staffing contracts.
- Conduct Zoo
- Source, recruit, and onboard physicians and nurses for locum tenens and travel positions.
- Guide candidates through the hiring and credentialing process to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Track
- Maintain an organized CRM database with client and candidate interactions.
Requirements:
- Experience in
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to close contracts.
- Ability to conduct professional Zoom presentations for both clients and candidates.
- Knowledge of locum tenens and travel nursing staffing is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet recruitment and contract targets.
