Compensation:
-Performance-Based Start: Earn $500 per candidate for the first five candidates who sign contracts, totaling $2,500.
- Payment will be issued on the Friday following the candidate’s first completed work week.
- Transition to Full-Time: Upon successfully placing five candidates, the role transitions into a full-time position at $800/month.

Job Summary
We are looking for a Healthcare Email Marketing & Recruitment Specialist to drive email campaigns that engage hospitals for staffing contracts and recruit physicians and travel nurses for locum tenens and contract positions. This role involves email outreach, client and candidate engagement via Zoom, contract negotiations, and onboarding candidates** into healthcare positions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email campaigns targeting hospitals, healthcare facilities, physicians, and travel nurses.
- Identify and reach out to hospital decision-makers to establish new staffing contracts.
- Conduct ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings with hospital administrators and HR representatives to present staffing solutions and close contracts.
- Source, recruit, and onboard physicians and nurses for locum tenens and travel positions.
- Guide candidates through the hiring and credentialing process to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Track email campaign performance and optimize strategies for increased engagement.
- Maintain an organized CRM database with client and candidate interactions.

Requirements:
- Experience in email marketing, recruitment, or business development, preferably in healthcare staffing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to close contracts.
- Ability to conduct professional Zoom presentations for both clients and candidates.
- Knowledge of locum tenens and travel nursing staffing is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet recruitment and contract targets.
