Role Overview:
The System Specialist will support various technical tasks, focusing on CRM systems, automation, and client onboarding processes. This role involves working closely with the team to optimise workflows, assist in audits, and build automations. The candidate should have a passion for technology and systems, with a strong aptitude for quickly learning and mastering new software and a desire to contribute to a fast-paced, growing team.


Responsibilities:
- Perform system audits and prepare documentation
- Assist with client onboarding for CRM systems like GoHighLevel, Zoho Projects, etc.
- Build and maintain basic automations using tools like Zapier, Make, and others
- Support the creation and maintenance of campaign workflows
- Help design and improve client-facing portals and task lists
- Provide technical support for ongoing projects
- Regularly update project management tools with progress and changes
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:
- Strong technical aptitude and experience with CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, Zoho Projects)
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make)
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn new tools and systems quickly
- Availability during some Australian business hours for meetings and coordination

Timezone: AEST

Working Hours: 4 hours per day / 20 hours per week
11am to 4pm AEST (9am to 1pm PH)

Rate: $640 AUD per month
