TIKTOK / IG Content Editor & Manager

Team:
Marketing

Reports to:
Marketing Director / CEO

About the Brand:
We are starting a new products based brand. Focused on providing products for young entreprenuers that help them focus and get more shit done.

Role Summary:
The TIKTOK & IG Content Editor & Manager role is dedicated to ensuring that we are consistently generating content ideas and editing for the 3 x IG pages and 3 x TIKTOK pages.
The plan is to have 2 x Faceless pages which with the help of AI content creation will post content daily on each page.
The other page will be the owners ( mine ) personal page. Which will require mainly just video editing.
The role will begin with be 4 Hours per day - 5 days per week.
$6 per hour.

The hours per day will increase with your success and once we ensure we are both a great fir for each other.


Responsibilities and Domains of Agency:
Help generate content ideas, scripts and reel footage for Faceless pages with the use of AI.
Editing the content to a HIGH and ENGAGIN quality and then assist posting it.
Create and utilize brand graphics/images/videos/infographics (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar)
Maintain an engaged audience on social media platform pages and groups
Plan, create, and post on all relevant social media platforms
Setting up chatbot campaigns for website options, product inserts, and any other platform we can acquire a customer on
Develop new ideas and strategies for engaging our customer avatar
Build and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reporting on audience performance, engagement, and totals
Partner closely with Brand Management Team to help them understand audiences across all social media platforms
Document key learnings and insights around social media trends, industry standards, changes in social platform policy, for communication to internal stakeholders on a regular basis
Identify social media trends and optimize performance based on the insights
Formulate effective media strategies to accomplish brand specific goals

Our customer avatar enjoys helping our brand develop new product ideas
Our customer avatar is introduced to our other products they may not have seen before
Our customer avatar is given the opportunity to purchase from us again

Expected Proficiencies for Hire:
An eye for graphic design
Ability to learn how and to create high quality graphics for use on social media
Excellent proficiency in English (Both spoken and written).
Ability to plan and execute strategies independently that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Proficiency in Asana, Slack, Excel, Google, Office, Loom.

# of followers per social media platform
Contest, polls, and brand collaboration metrics
