MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

Commitment: 8-10 emails per month + SMS campaign setup
Creative Asset for social that match email marketing
Meetings: Zoom call every bi weeks
Ensure our email our going to customer inbox and not spam
Create smart and advance segments

About Us:
Qurl Quest is a growing hair care brand dedicated to helping women grow health hair and retain lenght.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us engage our audience effectively.

Responsibilities:

Write and design 10-12 engaging email campaigns per month in Klaviyo or Ominsend
Need to be able to strategize with me and time to bring fresh Ideals
Set up and align SMS campaigns with email marketing efforts
Create and maintain a content calendar for email & SMS
Optimize email & SMS performance through A/B testing and data analysis
Ensure brand voice and consistency across all messages
Track and report campaign performance
Attend bi-weekly or monthly ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings to discuss progress and strategy with owner and our social media strategist
Requirements:

Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversions & engagement
Knowledge of SMS marketing best practices
Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus!):
Experience in the beauty or hair care industry or willing to learn
